Ceiling systems from Fratelli Mariani are ready-to-install modular solutions based on perforated and wire fabric, which combine aesthetics, ventilation permeability and technical reliability for shopping malls, airports, offices and public spaces. The universal design allows you to hide engineering communications, provide access to technical nodes and at the same time create an expressive architectural accent in the interior.
The advantages of the systems are moderate weight with high strength, high openness of the plane while maintaining load-bearing properties, the ability to select the texture and degree of transparency for controlled light penetration and acoustic operation of the space. The systems are available in standard modular versions (flat TILE panels, curved and framed BAC) with a variety of fasteners and mounting profiles for various architectural solutions.
Typical dimensions and technical parameters: module width A - from 250 to 600 mm, length L - up to 3000 mm; height of boxes and supporting edges H — 30, 40 or 50 mm. Cell types vary from very fine structure (e.g. LWD × SWD ≈ 6 × 4.5 mm) to more open patterns (e.g. 62 × 23 mm), while the working widths of the strips and the thickness of the strand form a range that allows to obtain a sheet weight from about 1.0 to >4 kg/m² depending on the material and type of magla. For mounting panels, formats and weight characteristics are also provided, which are given in the manufacturer's technical sheets.
Materials: aluminum, carbon steel, galvanized steel and stainless steel with the possibility of painting and protective coatings are standard options available in the catalog, with options for individual order for design requirements.
