Fratelli Mariani wire mesh is a technically polished material for filtration, facade and decorative panels, fencing, acoustic screens and industrial applications. It combines high mechanical strength and geometric stability with a relatively low weight, available in different weave types (plain weave, crimped, welded) and in a variety of materials - carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum - with the possibility of anti-corrosion and decorative coatings for long-term use.
The company produces both microgrids with a very fine cell pitch (example: 0.75 × 0.45 mm with a thread thickness of about 0.12–0.15 mm), and larger canvases with cells of tens of mm (examples of catalog options are rhombic or hexagonal patterns with cell sizes up to ~45 × 20 mm and more), as well as options with strand thickness and total canvas thickness from fractions of a millimeter to several millimeters depending on the type of product. Sheet formats in standard series usually start at about 1000 × 2000 mm and can reach 1250 × 2500 mm; individual sizes and special technical designs are available on request.
Fratelli Mariani wire mesh is suitable for precise technical tasks (filtration, separation, protective screens) and for architectural solutions where a combination of functionality and a distinctive visual effect is required.
