VEZHA Residential Complex

The “VEZHA” residential complex in Lviv is a modern development whose exterior cladding features durable HPL panels. The use of this material made it possible to create a durable and practical ventilated facade. HPL panels are highly resistant to weather conditions, temperature fluctuations, and fading, ensuring reliable protection for the walls of the new building and maintaining the exterior’s neat appearance for many years to come.

The use of curtain wall systems in this project contributes to improving the building’s overall energy efficiency. Thanks to proper air circulation between the wall and the cladding, heat loss is reduced in winter and overheating of the premises is minimized in summer. The installation of the ventilated facade at the site was carried out by Viknoterm. This architectural solution ensures a comfortable indoor climate, and the HPL panels themselves are low-maintenance during the complex’s operation.
