Locus Shopping Center

The new project involving BUDZIRKA in the LOCUS shopping center (Rudne, Lviv region) embodies a modern multifunctional platform that sets a new standard of comfort and opportunities for local residents and businesses. The name Locus — from the Latin for “key place, center” — emphasizes the role of the shopping center as a magnet for shopping, leisure, meetings, and business development.

The project demonstrates the concept of a “local” shopping center, combining convenient infrastructure, accessibility, and regional authenticity. Everything has been taken into account to ensure a comfortable stay: spacious public areas, flexible commercial spaces, and attention to the needs of each visitor.

The facade of the shopping center is clad with Swisspearl Zenor fiber cement panels in decors 67159 and 35005.
